All student families must maintain a current credit on file with Musical Chairs. To access the credit authorization form, click here

Musical Chairs invoices three months at a time. Clients are offered the option to pay by monthly installment or three month lump sum. 

Tuition payments are due for the current month by the 10th of each month. 

Payments are accepted by Zelle, Venmo, ACH or Credit Card. 

Clients can access account payment status through their individual Studio Portal on StudioHelper.com

Musical Chairs Faculty set aside mutually agreed upon weekly timeslots for their students.  Faculty and Students are expected to attend regular weekly lessons. 

Lessons canceled 24 hours in advance, are offered but not guaranteed a makeup lesson. 

No shows and last minute cancellations (unless due to infrequent, unexpected illness) are not eligible for makeups. 

The first weeks in January and June are designated as make-up weeks. No regular lessons are scheduled these weeks as they are designed to cover previously canceled lessons that have not otherwise been made up.

Payroll is completed at the end of each month prior to the 1st through Direct Deposit.

Faculty are expected to record attendance in Studio Helper monthly by the end of business on the 27th. 

In the case when holidays or extended weekends impact this schedule, facility will be given a revised timeline in advance.

Direct Deposit does not process on weekends or holidays.

It is recommended that faculty update their attendance in Studio Helper daily or at least weekly.
